Gideon and Richard have been friends for years before deciding to build properties together. Both have previously renovated properties with friends and family and the Gideon Richard Project is an extension of this.

Gideon Shawyer
Deloitte trained chartered accountant with experience of controls testing, process improvement and managing a finance team in a FTSE100 company and SMEs. Chief Financial Officer level experience in SMEs in industries including investment, lettings and education. Gideon also owns HMOs in London..
Richard Daniels
Property investor with 8 years’ experience in light and heavy refurbishments to flip and hold. Currently owns BTLs and HMOs in London and Manchester. Richard has overseen 10 projects ranging from managing light refurbishments to structural alterations, extensions and underpinning properties. Prior to property investing he worked for over a decade as a Business lobbyist. Richard continues to provide public affairs consultancy working on projects in the infrastructure, property and charity sectors.
